After the initial Deep Clean or Move in / Move out cleaning service for first time clients, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, three-week rotation, and monthly standard maintenance services.
To maximize efficiency, we recommend the following:
Make your home accessible – Let us know how to access your home. The common methods are a key lockbox or a door code. Please note that if we cannot access your home a cancelation fee will be charged.
Have your home ready to be cleaned – Please tidy up and declutter all surface areas you want us to clean. It will help us to use our time more efficiently and focus on the actual cleaning. Putting away and picking up any toys, clothes, and valuables before our arrival will benefit both your family and our team by preventing unnecessary accidents and additional charges. Also, we encourage you to find a place for your pets, so they are comfortable while we clean.
No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home. Let us know how to access your home and we take care of the rest. We will lock up and notify you via text message once we are done.
If you are working from home or simply you feel more comfortable staying, we ask you to please physical distance yourself and give us enough space to get our work done. For instance, you can keep to a room or area of your home that you can “trade off” when the time comes.
Pets are a part of the family, and so we look after them as well! During service we recommend that you keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Yes, we deliver the skills; you supply the products and tools. Using your equipment and supplies is a good way to prevent cross-contamination of germs across homes.

Don’t have these on hand? No problem! You can purchase an Essential Cleaning Kit from us. Just let us know ahead of time and we will bring the products and tools to you the day of your cleaning appointment. .
We work based on an hourly rate service - $50 /hour per cleaner | Minimum 3 hrs. bookings.
The total cost will depend on the total number of hours we spend cleaning your home which is determined by the number of rooms needed to clean, the service you select, and the dirt levels of your home.
For first time clients and deep cleaning bookings we will need more time since the focus will be on the areas that haven’t been regularly maintain such as hand cleaning baseboards, fronts of cabinets/drawers in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, wiping the door frames and handles, and extra attention to showers/tub.

Cleaning Service:
A deposit of $150 is required when booking your cleaning appointment and it will be credited towards the total cost of your service. Full payment is required once the cleaning service is completed.
Essential Cleaning Kit:
Payment is required 48 hours prior to cleaning appointment.
No problem! Please contact us 48 hours prior to your booked appointment and we will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to $150 cancellation fee.
